Muira Puama

Plant Uses:  Extensively used in its native country, Brazil, and commonly called ‘potency wood’, Muira Puama is considered an effective aphrodisiac that stimulates sexual desire. Also used to help strengthen erections and maintain a healthy libido.  The bark and roots for the plant are ground into a fine powder, perfect to drink as a tea.  Drink to relieve stress, anxiety and exhaustion. Quick tip – you can make a love potion using this herb! Soak 70g of powder in 500ml of vodka or tequila. Add vanilla pods or spices if desired. Allow to soak for at least two weeks. Just one shot-glass can help get your lover in the mood!
